I was a three twelvemonth member, my handle broke, no customer service to contact and the robot chatter was no assistance. I accept a stock pile of blades so I ordered a new handle, and they sent the incorrect handle, knowing what type of blades I have. Took a chance and ordered another handle, same thing another wrong handle. Canceled my subscription and I'm stuck with all of these blades! Their site boasts fellow member of the BBB, and I can't believe the BBB would endorse this company. No customer service and they don't care about the service they give. Seems more than like a basement or garage-based outfit. It's non worth it!

I ordered blades from DSC. When they showed upward I noticed they didn't fit my handle. I sent an email to them and they told me that they don't accept returns and I would demand to order a new handle. Seems like a scam since they can see what blades I use.

This visitor won't let you lot abolish your membership. Not but practice their razors suck. They concur you hostage. I couldn't abolish so I took my billing info off the website and they are still consistently billing me every month. I had to cancel my debit card! RIDICULOUS!

If you lot're looking for a shut shave don't do Dollar shave social club. The razors do non get close plenty to the peel and you will cut yourself if you're not conscientious. The Shea butter was horrible equally well. I've never had an feel like this before when I accept shave with Gillette in the process I go through when I want to make clean cutting. I wouldn't waste your money on this experience as there's improve products out there for an affordable toll if yous exercise your due diligence. Tell your friends abolish dollar shave order!

I accept been using DSC for years. During that time my wife and I stockpiled many extra blades, and then we stopped ordering them until about three weeks ago. We ordered 4 of their 6-blade razors and they came with a new handle, NOT like our other handles (The executive ones). The whole package is TRASH. The blades consistently fall off of the new handles and the "new" blades have torn my confront up even when they are brand new. (Simply happened this night, I look like Freddy Krueger shaved my face up!)
I have looked for their "original" executive blades and they practice not sell them anymore!! I take establish them on Amazon for around $1/blade (24 blades for near $28.00). Withal, while I was on DSC'due south website I saw their commitment page. I am distressing, I will NEVER support ANY company that supports a terrorist organization like BLM, and I am a POC (Native American) and Nearly Chiefly a Veteran. BLM has destroyed many of our cities under the guise of "peaceful protest" while they burn and loot anything they can. And then, DSC I am through with you and your substandard product and screwed up morals/values.

The razors are ok but easily dulled. Biggest problem is that it is impossible to abolish your account. I have tried to abolish my account for months now and all information technology does is buffer and does not allow me actually abolish it. I cannot get a hold of anyone to help. I strongly recommend you avoid this visitor and production.

Take been a customer for years but my password no longer works. I wanted to delay next auto-delivery just now want to cancel out of DSC completely. Tried over several days to go a passcode emailed to me but no response. Phone calls didn't work either. Nobody to talk to and auto disconnect on 1 of the options. Something most endmost the office early and also something almost being closed by government order. I had to phone call credit card company to get all future charges blocked (for the next 18 months at to the lowest degree - non actually certain considering of my failing ears and a not-English-first-language speaking person). Adieu to Dollar Shave Club!

I have tons of the blades, but lost my handle. I order a new handle on their site which said 4x. It makes it seem equally if y'all are ordering iv replacement handles. But they only shipped 1. Very, very deceptive. I know that I am not the only ane that has been tricked by this charade. Plus it was 15$. I assumed for that, that I would be getting iv, Not i!!! Crooks.

I had non used DSC for near viii years. I placed an social club and was excited to get the polish shave. Wrong. I don't have particularly rough beard. So when I tried my new blades I was sadly disappointed. After iii solar day growth, I had to apply 2 new blades to exercise the chore. Admittedly terrible!!!

I ordered 2 handles and 6 bract. I received two handles and 2 blades. I take written twice to get some help. No answer. Approximate telephone call it a loss and motility on. Lousy company, steer articulate. Other reviews confirmed their bad customer service. I noticed they took the time to brand a page supporting BLM. How nearly selling razors?
