Cut your avocados in half, and then remove the pit. Stuf your avocado with diced cheddar cheese.

In a small bowl, mix the ground beef, diced onions, and jalapenos. Then press the ground beef over the avocado.

Wrap the bacon around the wrapped avocado. Then set into the air fryer basket for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.

  • The cooking time will be determined by how big your avocados are, so check frequently while they are cooking up. So you do not overcook.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check to ensure that the ground beef is fully cooked before removing them.

How To Cook Keto Bacon-Wrapped Avocado Burger Bombs In The Oven:

You can either make these in the oven. To bake, set them into a 350 degree F, preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes.

Check the internal temperature of the ground beef, which would be 160 degrees F.

How To Cook Keto Bacon-Wrapped Avocado Burger Bombs On the Grill or Blackstone Grill:

You can either make these on the grill or even on the Blackstone Griddle. To grill them, set them onto a 350 degree F, preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes.

Check the internal temperature of the ground beef, which would be 160 degrees F.
